abacad
Terms of Service
Last updated: 23 July 2026
These Terms govern your use of abacad (the "Service"). By creating an account or signing in — including with Google — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
abacad is a device-relay console. It lets you pair devices you own or control and relay commands to them from an AI agent under your direction. You are responsible for the devices you connect and for the actions taken through them.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account.
- Keep your credentials, device tokens, and API/MCP tokens secret. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
- You must be legally able to enter into these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
The Service can see a paired device's screen, read its on-screen text, inject input, transfer files, and record the screen. That power carries strict limits. You agree not to:
- Control devices or accounts you do not own or lack authorization to operate. You must have the right to automate every device you pair and every account it is signed into.
- Circumvent, evade, or defeat any platform's automated-access controls — including bot detection, CAPTCHA, rate limits, or anti- automation measures — or otherwise use the Service to violate a third party's terms of service. No feature of the Service, including smoothed ("humanized") input, may be used for this purpose.
- Conduct covert surveillance. Anyone using a paired device must be aware that it can be viewed and controlled remotely. Do not use the Service to monitor a person without their knowledge and consent.
- Process another person's personal information through the Service without a lawful basis and any consent their local law requires.
- Break the law, infringe others' rights, or facilitate fraud.
- Disrupt, overload, probe, or attempt to bypass the security of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Reverse-engineer or resell the Service except as permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, and may report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.
4. Your devices and content
You retain all rights to your devices and to the data that passes through them. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the Service on your behalf (for example, relaying your commands and caching a screenshot to display it to you).
5. Availability
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, abacad WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, DEVICES, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or that creates risk for the Service or others.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
